What Happens Now?

A Grant of Planning was received from both Bray Town Council and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council for this development in July 2008 and is currently under appeal to An Bord Pleanála. A final decision is expected in early 2009. The scheme includes retail, residential, offices, leisure, open space, community facilities and a GAA pitch.

Outline planning permission has been granted for the two schools to be accommodated on the site.

A Grant of Planning was received in February 2009 from Bray Town Council for a revised future Access Rd from the new internal roads within the development to a portion of St John of Gods Facility adjoining the Golf Club Lands. This relocation was done entirely with the agreement of St John of Gods and to facilitate the proposed Luas route through the site
