The Design Philosophy

The proposed scheme seeks to provide an extension to the existing town centre at Bray, that will enhance and compliment the existing functions of Bray. The proposed scheme will provide a range of uses including retail, offices, recreational amenities, residential and town centre parking.

The development as proposed links both physically and functionally with the existing town centre to create commercial synergy thereby improving the vitality and viability of Bray.
